The forms below are only for those who do not have an ABET accredited engineering degree.  These forms are to be submitted after you pass the FE exam and have the required experience.

Request for Board Evaluation of Transcript Related Science Form (only for someone who has a BS in Related Science AND an accredited MS in engineering)
