**Agenda deadline: agenda items, applications, all reference forms,
verification forms from licensed supervisors and/or
associates (license individuals who work with you and
observe your work on a daily basis), transcripts and
verification of licensure form(s) must be received in the
Board office by the above dates. Applications and any
information pertaining to your application that is received
or completed after the agenda deadline date are added to
the next Board meeting agenda.

***Exam Filing deadline for:
New
Applicants - applications, all reference forms, verification forms
from licensed supervisors and/or associates (license individuals who
work with you and observe your work on a daily basis), transcripts (only
if you are not an AL EIT) and verification of licensure form (only
if FE exam taken in another state) must be received in the
Board office by the filing deadline date above. Applications and any
information pertaining to your application that is received or completed after the
filing deadline date will be processed for the next exam.
Re-exam Applicants
- re-exam request form and exam fee must be received in the Board
office by the filing deadline date above.
